The Easter Bunny came to our house. Here are the kids checking out their baskets.
All the kids got bubbles, candy, change in an egg, a word search book, and baseball cards. Abi got the new Hannah Montana Movie CD, Madison got the new FableHaven book, the boys got a puzzle and a guy (Jace -- transformer and Kade--- Star Wars). I got the David Cook CD and a new kitchen brush (yeah!), Mike got Baseball Cards and Sees Candy. Most importantly everyone received a Jesus Egg. When Mike and I first got married, we decided to put an empty egg in everyones basket, representing the true meaning of Easter. We celebrate Easter because Christ was resurrected. Because of him we will be able to live again with our Heavenly Father.
After we checked out our baskets we had to get ready for church.
Mike and I spoke in church. I made a lot of people cry...... or so Mike says, I did not notice, because I was crying too!
