Glen Helen

I took the kids to Glen Helen (again) yesterday. This time daddy joined us after lunch. We had a lot of fun, like we always do. Although this is the first time that we have been without friends, I think the kids did get a little bored.

It was a long day in the water. We decided to head to In-N-Out for dinner (thanks Mavs for the coupons). We hit A LOT of traffic on the way home. It took us about an hour and a half to get up the hill which should have taken 15-20 minutes. About 30 minutes into the delay, the kids started getting bored. We started dancing in the car which would make the car shake. People gave us really weird looks. Then Hunter started yelling at people about smoking.... with the window up of course, so I rolled the window down and they started talking to people on the road. Giving them compliments and saying Hi. They also tried to get the truckers to honk. Although we had a long drive home, the kids enjoyed themselves. They even said that they like traffic.... glad they were having fun!
