First Day on the Bus

Today is Jace's official first day of Kindergarten. He wanted to ride the bus with Abi and Kade, I was a little nervous because when I asked yesterday, the teacher was unsure of how they would be getting the Kindergartners from the bus to the class (today Jace was the only Kindergartner on the bus).

Because I was nervous about him getting to class, I followed the bus to the school. Here he is on the bus.

His backpack is almost as big as he is!

We got to class... Abi will be walking him from now on, unless other Kindergartners ride the bus. If there is more than just him, then the teacher that has bus duty will walk all the little ones to class.

Mrs. Goodwin told the kids to get a book and sit down. He looks like a big boy! He is "reading" Clifford the Big Red Dog.

Now I have a few hours of no kids....
