New Years Eve NIGHT

Well... New Years Eve at our house was similar to those in the past. We had chicken noodle soup and corn bread. The kids played for a while, Madison, Cheila and I watched the first season of Gilmore Girls. Abi started not feeling good.

She went to go rest for "a while" in her bed... about 30 minutes later (at about 9:30) this is how I found her.

Soon after Abi, the boys were out.

We started to get a little loud about 11:50, Kade started to stir a little.

Then it was time for the "countdown." So we turned the TV to the New York Time Square ball drop, to do the official countdown. The girls got a little louder and Kade opened his eyes.

Kade finally got off the couch to join Mike and the girls shoot poppers.

Jace continued to sleep... so he got confettied.

About 2 minutes after the poppers, sparkling cider and lots of noise, Abi decided to join us.

She was feeling a little better, but still not great!
I hope you all had a Happy New Year and I look forward to blogging about our new adventures in 2010.
