This past week the kids had Thursday and Friday off of school. Mike needed to work in San Diego on Thursday and I convinced him that Friday was a good day to take off for some family time. After I worked on Thursday, the kids and I headed down to San Diego. I dropped the kids off at Mark and Rachelle's, and Rachelle and I headed to the San Diego Temple... it was so pretty and nice to do a session there again!
We had dinner all together as a big family... Abi of course wanted to spend the night with Kylie, so Mike and I left with the boys and Madison and headed to the hotel. The next morning, we went to pick up Abi and Austin, Kylie and Kendall wanted to join us on our adventure for the day.
We headed off to the Mormon Battalion Center. I had taken the kids there a few years back, but they redid the entire center and it is really cool. Here are the kids out front with the soldier.

It was fun.... after the Mormon Battalion Center, we ate lunch and headed to the beach... that post will follow... yup I said the beach in November... a little crazy?

I had read that they remodeled the VC. It looks like it is a lot more hand on for kids.
I have never been to the Mormon Battalion Center now that I think about it. I am glad you guys had fun, and as always..great pictures=-)
