Today we had a very odd thing happen at softball... keep reading... I will tell you more.
Abi had a game today at 11:00 am. She did great. Abi loves to steal once she gets on base. Her team lost, but she always has fun playing. Here are a few pictures of her game.

"2 outs... 1 to go... play at first!" |
We went to an Eagle Scout Court of Honor, then headed straight out to Madison's game. When we got there we found out that we only had 8 girls for Madison's team. A girl from another team was suppose to come play with us, but her game was running late. They desperately needed a 9th girl quickly, or they would forfit the game. Since we never came home, Abi still had all her gear (helmet, cleats, uniform) in the car. Abi was asked to play until the other player got there. So.... Abi played on the Junior Division Softball team with Madison today. Here are some pictures of both girls from that game.

| I love this picture of the team. Madison is #13 and Abi is #8. |

a very strong 1st baseman. |

I am sure this is the first and last time that a 10 year old (league age 9) girl will ever get to play in the Junior division. And the only time that Abi and Madison will get to play on the same team!
Way to go Abi and Madison!
