Busy School Week!

It has been a busy school week for the kids!

Kade and Abi both got awards at school for the 2nd trimester. Mike and I went to Abi's award, and I stayed for Kade's.

Kade got an award for Citizenship (they do not do Honor Roll until 3rd grade)

Abi got Honor Roll and Citizenship.

Then I helped in Jace's class. After that I came home and got everything ready for Kade's Easter Party for his class. We dyed Easter Eggs. I was very surprised at the number of kids that had never dyed eggs before. We had fun. Here is Kade dying his egg.

Jace went with me, so when all the kids in the class were done, he got to make some eggs too.

Then on Thursday, Abi's class had a field trip to the High Desert Center for the Arts. We watched their Earth Day presentation, Wizard of Oz Recycled. It was an ok show. I think the kids enjoyed it. Here is Abi in the theatre.

It has been a busy week so far and the next 5 or so days are going to be even busier!
