Kids at the Maverick's Game

After 3 games in the morning on Saturday and a short nap, we headed to the Maverick's game. The kids were very excited to sign up to do on field promotions (they always are). This time they were picked to do them.

Jace was picked to be "Jr. Grounds Crew" and got to sweep the bases. He was wearing the shirt that he won the last time he did this a few weeks ago.

Abigail and Kade did the jersey race, against each other, to win a Hawaiian Shaved Ice. (It was freezing outside... but hey why not have some sugared up colored ice??)

It was a photo finish.... Kade ended up underneath Abigail on the ground, but they declared Abigail the winner!

Abi was nice enough to share her shaved ice with Kade (and Jace and Madison for that matter!)

The kids always have fun doing promotions, as well as hanging out at the stadium. I am glad that baseball is a past time that our whole family enjoys.... who would have known?
